Indigenous Peoples Day 2026
October 12 @ 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us on October 12 from 2-9 p.m. MT for the 2026 Indigenous Peoples’ Day gathering and concert at MniLuzahan Otunwahe in downtown Rapid City, SD. The event will block off Main Street Square and feature Indigenous and local food vendors, shops, and interactive booths for the whole family to enjoy.
We will begin the day with a rally and conclude the evening with a FREE concert. We are excited to gather and celebrate the brilliance and beauty of Indigenous Peoples, from the He Sapa to Palestine. In a time when we are constantly defending our lands and peoples, we hope this day of celebration grounds us in our legacy of resistance and all that we are fighting to protect!
