Rapid City’s expected population is estimated to grow by over 30% in the next 3 years due to the military expansion in Box Elder. This directly impacts the housing market by making it harder to find safe, affordable housing options for our relatives. We are combatting this problem by providing affordable housing to the North Rapid Indigenous community, focusing on impact rather than profits. The key to success is through helping those that may need a hand and to meet them where they are on their journey, while still being able to break even and achieve positive cash flow.
