Kaitlyn Martin (she/her), an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota tribe from Pine Ridge, South Dakota, She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Oglala Lakota College, and a certification in Community Health from Lake Area Technical College. For several years, Kaitlyn has been in roles that include child welfare, community health efforts, and promoting wellness and access to essential services within her tribal community. Beyond direct service roles, she has also leveraged her expertise to consult for Native non-profit organizations. In this capacity, she specialized in grants management, providing a comprehensive understanding of grant processes, from applications to reporting.
