Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator Sherrie Anne André Puerto Rican/Thai

Sherrie Anne André (they/them), Fiscal Sponsor Coordinator, is a Puerto Rican/Thai organizer, trainer, and facilitator. Sherrie is a co-founder of The FANG Collective, a direct action organization. At FANG they organized campaigns that targeted fracked gas infrastructure projects, worked towards abolishing ICE and prisons, as well as developed training programs and curriculum and started healing justice centered projects – such as the Tooth and Nail Collective/farm. They are heavily motivated by their background as they research and examine cultural integration in community services, the survival tactics of mixed raced folx, and healing infrastructure within direct action. At NDN Collective they provide support to the administrative and programmatic needs of the Fiscal Sponsorship Program. Sherrie holds a BA in Liberal Arts with concentrations in Women & Gender Studies and Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing.
