Administrative Associate Heather Montoya Bay Mills Ojibwe

Heather Montoya, Administrative Associate, is a citizen of the Bay Mills Ojibwe of Michigan. Heather works in the NDN Collective headquarters in Rapid City where she supports daily operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, a Master’s of Science degree in Biological Sciences, and a PhD in Biological Sciences. Heather resides in Rapid City, South Dakota with husband and children.
